NOAA Report on Sea Level Anomally on U.S. East Coast this Summer

After observing water levels six inches to two feet above normal, NOAA scientist analyzed data from tide stations and buoys from Maine to Florida.  They have issued a report as part of a first assessment of the anomaly which produced flooding along the east coast of the United States.  Read more.
